At GetYourGuide we hate paperwork. Therefore we just introduced a new feature that will make bookkeeping a lot easier for our suppliers: the pdf accounting receipt. In the receipt you can see a summary of all services that belong to a certain monthly payment. To download this receipt as a pdf file, simply log in to your supplier administration account and browse to the menu item “Payments”. Once you are in the Payments menu, click on “PDF accounting receipt” for the desired month.
As you already know the payment process for suppliers is 100% automatic. The net prices for all tours that have taken place during a given month are being credited right onto your bank account at the beginning of the subsequent month. Since we neither need an invoice nor the customer tickets, you can save the money for stamps although we don’t mind Christmas cards! :)
