Because we have now experienced on several occasions that GetYourGuide customers were not admitted using their GetYourGuide ticket, we encourage all suppliers to make sure that our tickets are known to your operative staff.
How to view your sample vouchers
Once you are in the administration backend, first click on “Manage” and then on the “View Sample Voucher” link to see the sample voucher for your respective tours and activities. Also see the instructions in the screenshot below:
