New Frontpage Design
Today we introduce to you a new frontpage lay-out and design. While convincing the first guides to join GetYourGuide, we grew aware that our concept so far has not clarified enough the underlying transaction scheme of our website. Consequently, we tried to pay more attention on informing our users about key topics such as “How it Works” and “Quality”. However we also emphasized the notion that users that already know us and come back to the site can start looking for tours or create their own offers right away.
As a special feature our new maestro in visual arts and graphic design Philipe Fatio, who decided to leave Zurich lake shore for the daytime and join GetYourGuide, drew a picturesque Matterhorn. Now we are only waiting for the first guide to really offer this tour :-)
Over the next couple of weeks we will present to you some of the new exciting tours on GetYourGuide and discuss upcoming ideas, while making our next steps.
